Daniel
spent 11 years in senior
management positions
in New Zealand and overseas
before joining Freear
Philip Ltd. He has brought
a wealth of professional
management and financial
accounting expertise
to the company. Daniel
has implemented many
of the management systems
that are in place today.
He is continually developing
systems to achieve the
highest levels of effectiveness
to assist the management
team to best serve our
clients. As managing
director, Daniel is
closely involved with
all operating activities
of the company and is
actively involved in
each divisional management
team. Daniel is directing
the company towards
ISO9002 standard, an
innovative, flexible
outlook and a prosperous
future. |

Dan's
association with Freear
Philip Ltd. dates back
to his college days
when he was employed
in various roles during
vacations and weekends.
Following his graduation
with degrees in Architecture
and Building Science
Dan was involved in
private practice before
embarking on four years
of overseas travel and
work experience. Having
gained extensive expertise
in retail and office
fitouts with a large
Architectural Practice
in London, Dan returned
to Wellington in 1996
to join a consultancy
practice in the role
of Project Architect.
Dan joined Freear Philip
Ltd. in 1997 to ensure
continuity of excellence
and service from this
strong family business.
Dan is a member of the
New Institute of Architects
and offers a broad range
of skills and expertise
to our clients and is
a director of the company. |

Peter
joined Freear Philip
Ltd. in 1994 as Business
Development Manager
to broaden the commercial
base of the company's
building division. In
1995 this role expanded
to incorporate project
management for a new
division controlling
programmed and emergency
maintenance for the
domestic and commercial
market. Peter brings
to Freear Philip Ltd.
extensive experience
from the commercial
sector and focuses on
open communication with
clients through all
stages of a project.
Peter manages the painting
division and the Health
& Safety Policy
and training. |
