Speed and accuracy were critical for the business supply company, Corporate Express when they relocated their Wellington offices and distribution centre recently.

It was imperative that the move was carried out as quickly as possible and that their large stock and numerous product ranges was accurately relocated in sequence to the new location. Downtime when stock would be inaccessible could cause serious inconvenience to their clients and be costly to Corporate Express.

They knew that their relocation was a challenging one so they called on FPL Relocations to assist.

Between Thursday night and Saturday afternoon FPL Relocations successfully relocated the entire Corporate Express distribution centre from Ngauranga to Seaview. Three curtain side truck and trailer units worked in rotation moving the palletised stock while our trained packers sequentially packed and unpacked small stock items using purpose built crates and the FPL devised coding system.

Corporate Express were back to normal business on the Monday morning supplying product as usual to their unknowing clients.
