At Freear Philip Limited we are extremely conscious of the need to bring in a relocation on time and within budget. To this end we have developed our own in-house programme that not only calculates the price accurately but also calculates the man hours that any project will take. We simply apply efficient equipment and labour resources to predict the linear time the relocation will take.
When we have been appointed for a relocation project our manager will meet with our client coordinator to assist with the layout plans and numbering. We will attend project meetings (if requested to) to work through the logistics of the move and to solve any unforeseen problems that may arise. Our colour coding system adds additional peace of mind for our clients whenever there are multi-floor moves.

Using our unique pricing method we will calculate the total time required to complete your relocation and apply the correct resources to carry out your move efficiently and effectively to suit your business needs.
We will deliver a comprehensive quote, allowing you to understand our methods and exactly what service(s) you are receiving. At this stage you can make changes and query costs or services
Upon return of your acceptance we will attend planning meetings on site to discuss your specific needs, implement any required changes and determine solutions for any out of the ordinary items. We will assist in numbering floor plans and explain our colour coding system. We will also be available to attend project and staff meetings to assist the planning process.
At this stage everything will be in place and all required materials will be delivered to site from our stock. We will supply all branded packing materials from packing crates to cartons, labels and tape.
We can send our team to assist with packing if required. If you would like us to integrate pre or post-move support into your quote please just let us know.
We will arrive early to park vehicles, obtain any keys or passes required. Our supervisor will do a brief walk-through with you to familiarise themselves with your site and answer any of your questions. Our team will be briefed on the specifics of your move and we will have a plan in place to work to.
We can arrange to have our team on site the following work day to assist your staff with any small changes that may be required following the move.
At an agreed date we will come and collect all packing materials hired for the move.
